We're a 35+ year Jacksonville shop running CNC mills and lathes, a water jet, brake press and roll, plus a full fabrication and welding side. Jobs range from one-off precision parts to multi-ton structural assemblies — the work doesn't get repetitive.

Consistent Hours

Mon–Fri 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Weekends off. Overtime available when jobs call for it, never mandatory padding.

Real Equipment

Modern CNC mills and lathes, water jet, plate roll, press brake, full welding bays. You'll work with tools that do the job right.

Family-Owned, Three Generations

Small enough that you'll know everyone's name. Big enough to keep the work flowing year-round across machining, fab, and on-site service.

Welder / Fabricator

Full-time or Part-time Jacksonville, FL · On-site Pay based on experience

What You'll Do

MIG, TIG, and stick welding on carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum
Read shop drawings and blueprints to lay out and fit parts
Build structural assemblies — stairs, platforms, conveyor frames, custom weldments
Operate plate rolls, press brake, plasma cutter, and oxy-fuel as needed
Work alongside the lead fabricator on larger structural jobs
Occasional on-site welding work at customer facilities around Jacksonville

What We're Looking For

2+ years of welding experience in a fab shop or industrial setting
Comfortable reading prints and working from dimensioned drawings
AWS certification preferred (not required — we'll work with the right person)
Reliable transportation and a solid attendance record
Pride in clean weld appearance and accurate fit-up
Team player — we run a small shop, everyone pitches in

CNC Machinist / Operator

Full-time or Part-time Jacksonville, FL · On-site Pay based on experience

What You'll Do

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for precision machining work
Run jobs from one-off prototypes to small production runs
Read prints, hold tight tolerances, and inspect parts with calipers, mics, and gages
Make tool offsets and minor program edits at the control
Machine a wide range of materials — carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, brass, bronze
Some manual machine work (Bridgeport, manual lathe) on the rare jobs that need it

What We're Looking For

2+ years of CNC machining experience (mill, lathe, or both)
Solid grasp of GD&T and shop math
Comfortable holding +/- 0.001" on production parts
CNC programming experience (G-code, conversational, or CAM) is a plus, not required
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently once a job is set up
Willingness to learn the water jet and other shop equipment as cross-training
